I'm a paper sculptor based in lovely Cardiff, Wales. I grew up in the Brecon Beacons, often with scissors or a paintbrush in hand (when I wasn't swimming in a river or hiking up the Sugarloaf).
After experimenting with more traditional two-dimensional illustration I began illustrating with sculpture in my second year of my Illustration degree - it just felt natural to me. Paper provided endless possibilities and I loved the tactility of it. I began creating my paper world.
I now have a little studio where I practise in the heart of Cardiff, taking pet portrait commissions as well as creating commercial illustrations for clients.
